Welcome to the new website of the
Royal Harmony & Percussion Orchestra Echo der Kempen.

We are proud to present to you the Royal Harmony & Percussion Orchestra Echo der Kempen (Koninklijke Harmonie Echo der Kempen) from Bergeijk, in the Netherlands, a Harmony orchestra and a Percussion group, which has delighted people with their music for more than 123 years!

The year 2010 is a year in which both the Percussion group and the Harmony orchestra are appearing in the highest division of the Royal Dutch Federation of Music Associations (Koninklijke Nederlandse Federatie van Muziekverenigingen (KNFM)). As many as 179 members are active in one of the following categories:

Training orchestra
Youth orchestra
Harmony orchestra
Young Echo Percussion (YEP)
Percussion group

Every year various concerts are performed in and outside of the Netherlands. With everything from classical to pop music, from march music to Big Band, the ‘Echo’ has a wide repertoire with something for everyone! All our orchestras can put on a wonderful concert for you.
